- 1/2 tsp Onion seeds
- 3 Green Chilli
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric

- 1.5 cup water
- as required Oil for frying and for gravy
- 1 medium Potato
Steps to make to make Fish in Mustard Gravy
- Marinade fish with salt + turmeric and rest for 10 - 12 minutes.



- Make a smooth paste of mustard powder with salt + turmeric + red chilli powder + 1 tsp mustard oil + 4 tbsp water and keep aside for 10 -12 minutes. Cut potato into slices and keep aside.


- Fry marinaded fish till golden brown and keep aside, fry potato slices and keep aside.


- Now add mustard oil, heat it and add onion seeds, allow to sizzle then add the smooth mustard paste along with 2-3 tbsp water and stir fry till mustard turns aromatic.
Then add water + green chilli and wait for boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

- Add fish pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add chocolate coriander.
